The Group has a joint venture interest in approximately 70,000 acres of land, including 15 miles of beautiful white sandy beachfront. The majority of the land is suitable for tourism uses and residential development. Over 2,000 acres are available for commercial and industrial uses. Although land will be sold to third parties, the Group's current plans include acting as master developer.
