Situated in the southern part of Chengdu, the site is strategically located immediately to the south of the Sanhua Lu, west of Zhanhua Lu, north of Fu Cheng Da Dao Xi Duan and east of green belt. The project is near to Tian Fu Da Dao and the newly planned government, administrative offices, cultural and technology business centres. The plot commands a geographical advantage of instant access to the rest of the city. Nan Sanhuan Station of the under developing railway will be situated very near to the project.

Le Parc, an international and ecological integrated residential project, with the landscape theme according to world parks' features, proposes a new concept of "Living in the Parks".

Occupying a site area of around 810,000 sq. m., and a gross floor area of approximately 2,440,000 sq. m., it will be developed as a large-scale high class residential district consisting of a grand clubhouse and a wide range of commercial and social facilities. The project is scheduled to commence construction in phases while the first batch is has been launched in mid 2007.
