The project is situated at the north-eastern part of Pinghu Town in Longgang District. Possessing a greenery backdrop of Fenghuang Shan, it is fronting onto Fenghuang Dadao (Fenghuang Avenue), in close proximity to Pinghu Sport Centre and Fenghuang Shan Park.

The project is the first premium residential compound in Pinghu, occupying approximately 224,000 sq. m. in site area and about 304,000 sq. m. in gross floor area of which 274,000 sq. m. is for residential development. Recreational clubhouse, commercial and social facilities will also be provided. The whole project is targeted for completion in phases from 2008 onwards.
