The project is strategically located adjacent to Guang Hua Da Dao of a newly developed urban area in Wenjiang District, near to the exhibition area of Chengdu China Flower Exposition and Chengdu No. 7 Middle School. It occupies a site area of over 373,000 sq. m. and a gross floor area of around 480,000 sq. m. The project will be developed as luxurious and low-density residential premises, with a kindergarten, clubhouse and commercial facilities.
